Terms of Service

1. General
• The rental concerns exclusively the upper floor of the villa.

• The property is intended solely for recreational stays.
 

2. Rental Period
• Rentals take place between, for example, June 1 and September 1.

• Check-in from 14:00.

• Check-out no later than 11:00.
 

3. Number of Guests
• Maximum number of guests: 6.

• No extra guests without permission.

• Parties or events are not permitted.
 

4. Payment
• Payment must be made in full in advance.

• The security deposit amounts to €250 and will be refunded within 7 days after inspection.
 

5. Cancellation
• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.

• 14–30 days: 50% costs.

• Less than 14 days: no refund.

• No show: no refund.
 

6. Cleaning
• Guests are required to leave the property tidy.

• Additional cleaning costs apply in case of extreme soiling. 7. Damage

• Damage must be reported immediately.

• Costs incurred due to negligence may be deducted from the deposit.
 

8. House Rules

• No smoking indoors.

• No pets.

• Respect neighbors and noise levels.

• No illegal activities.
 

9. Swimming Pool and Garden

• Use at your own risk.

• Children must always be supervised.
 

10. Internet and Utilities

• Wi-Fi included.

• Normal consumption of water and electricity included.

• Excessive consumption may be charged extra.
 

11. Liability

• The landlord is not liable for:

o loss or theft;

o accidents;

o malfunctions beyond their control.
 

12. Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather conditions, power outages, or other force majeure, the landlord cannot be held liable. 13. Tourist tax and local levies
 

• Any tourist tax, municipal levies, or other government-imposed costs applicable to holiday rentals are the responsibility of the renter and may be charged separately if required by law.

15. Fire safety and drought periods

• Due to the warm and dry climate, we request that you be extra careful with fire and flammable materials. Help prevent the risk of wildfires.
